* Incorrect item delivered by Zymerah Threads

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund request, the customer must provide ALL of the following:

Mandatory Requirements:

* A clear and complete unboxing video
* The original invoice/bill provided after ordering
* Supporting images, if requested by our team

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

The unboxing video is mandatory for verification purposes and must satisfy the following conditions:

* The video must start before opening the package
* The shipping label and outer package must be clearly visible
* The entire unboxing process must be continuous and unedited
* The defect, damage, missing item, or quality issue must be clearly visible in the video

Important:

No return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted without the original unboxing video and invoice.

3. Invoice Requirement

Customers are advised to safely keep the invoice/bill provided after placing the order, as it is mandatory for processing any return or refund request.

Requests raised without a valid invoice or order proof may be rejected.

4. Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

* Change of mind after purchase
* Incorrect size selected by the customer
* Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
* Damage caused after use
* Products that are used, washed, altered, or without original packaging
* Missing invoice or missing unboxing video
* Insufficient or unclear evidence

5. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise any return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

The following details must be shared with our support team:

* Order number
* Invoice copy
* Complete unboxing video
* Images of the issue (if applicable)
* Brief explanation of the problem

6. Verification Process

All return and refund requests are subject to verification by Zymerah Threads.

Our team will review:

* The unboxing video
* Invoice/order details
* Supporting evidence submitted

Zymerah Threads reserves the right to approve or reject any request if the evidence provided is found to be incomplete, edited, unclear, suspicious, or insufficient.

7. Refund Policy

Once the return/refund request is approved after verification of the unboxing video, invoice, and supporting evidence:

* Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase
* Refund processing may take approximately 6 to 7 business days
* Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider

Customers will be informed once the refund has been initiated.

8. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Zymerah Threads may provide:

* A replacement product, or
* A refund of the paid amount

depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

9. Final Decision

The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any return, replacement, or refund request shall rest solely with Zymerah Threads.
