3. Shipping Charges

* Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotions.
* Additional charges may apply for COD orders depending on location and order value.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
* COD service is available for eligible pin codes and locations only.
* Customers are requested to provide valid contact details for COD verification.
* Zymerah Threads reserves the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious or unverified.
* Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for COD orders at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Zymerah Threads shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
* Incorrect address
* Incomplete contact details
* Customer unavailability during delivery
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers may receive shipment or tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on courier availability.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, Zymerah Threads is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
In case of lost shipments, customers may contact our support team for assistance and investigation.
8. Damaged Packages
Customers are advised to record a proper unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
Claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing products without an unboxing video and invoice may not be considered.
9. Non-Deliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to:
* Incorrect address
* Failed delivery attempts
* Refusal to accept the package
additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
